Unlike general document-description standards, it is designed around entity identity, attribution, differentiation, and compression survival in generated answers. The specification includes deployment to a DOI repository, canonical website, GitHub, narrative publication surfaces, and embedded structured data, followed by repeated Encyclotron verification. It presents the Lee Sharks knowledge graph as the worked implementation and compares the packet’s purpose with Dublin Core, schema.org, and METS/MODS. The packet is an important precursor to SPXI: #660 expands the same components into a named protocol with clearer entity-inscription and pre/post-deployment procedures.
